Advisors From the Hadith Research Center Participated in an International Conference in Uzbekistan
An international conference titled “Islam is a Religion of Peace and Kidness” was held in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. The advisory board of Ibn Haldun University's Hadith Studies Application and Research Center participated in the international conference held in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.

The conference, titled "Islam is a Religion of Peace and Kindness," organized by the Undersecretariat of the Presidency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, took place on October 15-16. It was a truly international event, with numerous religious scholars, muftis, and officials from 22 countries, including Turkey, as well as representatives from more than 70 international organizations, all coming together to discuss the theme.

Muhaddis Muhammad Avvame and Dr. Muhyiddin Avvame, advisors at the Ibn Haldun University Hadith Studies Research and Application Center, participated in the program and stated, “Understanding the true meaning of Islam and conveying it to the youth is the most pressing issue of our time. We must explain to the international community the essence of Islam as a religion of peace and kindness.” In this context, they emphasized the importance of Muslim scholars collaborating to achieve this goal.

Among the participants of the conference were the Head of the Religious Administration of Muslims of Uzbekistan, Grand Mufti Nuriddin Khaliknazarov, Head of the Administration of Caucasian Muslims of Azerbaijan Allahshukur Pashazade, Mufti of Egypt Sheikh Prof. Dr. Nazir Mohammed Ayad, President of the World Union of Muslim Scholars Ali Muhyiddin al-Qaradaghi, Sheikh Prof. Dr. Muhammad Taqi Osmani of Karachi University in Pakistan, Rector of Darul Uloom Diyobend in India and President of Jamiat Ulama-i Hind Sheikh Arshad Madani, Chairman of the Fatwa Council of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and President of the Fatwa Council in Muslim Societies. Muhammad Taqi Osmani from the University of Karachi in Pakistan, Sheikh Arshad Madani, Rector of Darul Uloom Diyobend in India and President of Jamiat Ulama-i Hind, Sheikh Prof. Abdullah bin Beyye, President of the Fatwa Council of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Chairman of the Forum for Promoting Peace in Muslim Societies, Dr. Salah Ebulhaj from the International Islamic University in Jordan, Prof. Dr. Murteza Bedir, President of the Islamic Research Center (ISAM) and Prof. Dr. Mehmet Gormez, President of the Institute of Islamic Thought, and many other scholars and academics.
